There are two luxury villas, that are a two storey with five bedrooms and are situated in the beautiful village in Thong Nai Pan on the east coast of the island in a beautiful quiet location. As the houses are built on a hill, 80 meteres above sealevel, you have a breathtaking and superb panoramic ocean views looking east and a fantastic view looking west down onto the beach, surrounded by spectacular mountain views and has high end features to make this perfect for a family vacation or for a group of friends.

The houses are built in 2011 and has a large pool of 240 sqm. ready to dive into, or you can relax in a large jacuzzi for 12 people. The pool has an infinity edge looking over the China Sea. In the pool area there is also a 25 cm deep childrens pool with a fountain. At the moment the pool deck is under maintanance, but the pools and jacuzzi is fully useable. The location is ideal for a family holiday where the main objective is to relax and enjoy the sun beside the large infinity edge pool.

Villa Layout:
There are two villas that consist the following:

The villas are two storeys and upstairs it houses two master bedrooms with ensuite facilities and also a balcony giving great panoramic views of the sea and beach. The master bedrooms have sliding doors so you can get the refreshing sea breezes. Further there are two double bed/twin bedroom arrangement and a bathroom. (All together there are sleeps for 8 people upstairs).
Downstairs, on the ground floor there is further an additional one double bed/twin bedroom, a kitchen, washing room/utility room, dining room with seating for ten, and a lounge with sofa & chairs opposite a TV & entertainment system with satellite channels & DVD player, wireless internet also available. All bedrooms have an individual safe. The villa has air condition throughout.

The kitchen is fully equipped to European standards, with a coocker, microwave, toaster, kettle, cold water dispenser, and 2 fridge/freezers.

All linen and towels are changed weekly and the Villa is thoroughly cleaned at each changeover. Towels are provided in all bedrooms, and beach/swimming pool towels are provided FREE for guests use. We have guest access to a laundry room, but you may prefer our housekeeper service to do personal laundry, the charge is 50 Baht per kilo - returned to guests laundered and ironed, same or next day. We do have an iron and ironing board.

Electricity i not included. Electricity will be charged seperatly accordingly to consumption.The price is THB 5/KWh and charged at check out.
