The Innovation Centre, Venture Court, Queens Meadow Business Park, Hartlepool, TS25

Properties featured on the RAVA website are added and maintained by actual actual
owners, agents or third party advertisers and in no way does RAVA accept any responsibility
for any bookings made via this website with any of the above advertisers.
Disclaimer
Whilst we have endeavoured to compile the information on our site with the utmost
of care and attention, all the information about individual properties has been
provided by the advertisers or actual owners of the properties and not by RAVA.
RAVA can not be held liable for any errors, omissions, misunderstandings or claims
arising from the advertisement or arrangement of any booking made with any advertiser.
NB: You must confirm your booking of accommodation with the villa/apartment
owner before proceeding to book flights etc. Your contract is with the owner and
not Rent a Villa Abroad.
Our Limitation of Liability and Responsibility
RAVA act only as an advertiser of the properties featured on our website and we
have not inspected nor imply any conditions of any of the properties advertised.
We expect all advertisers to describe their properties truthfully and honestly we
do not have any control of the actual text they use to describe their properties.
We will however, remove any properties or investigate any advert that is deliberately
misleading to our visitors following any complaint.
As such, we disclaim all liability and responsibility arising from any information
contained within our site that relates to any property advertised for sale or rent.

Please ensure that all bookings are followed by a recognised form of confirmation
from the property owner.

All data collected via this site remains confidential and will not be used by anyone
else other than Rent a Villa Abroad for its own purposes and marketing. You have
the right to request exemption from marketing activities by writing to us at the
address below, you also have the right to access any data we hold about you by writing

Visas
Visas may be required for British Citizens for entry to non EU countries. Visas
may also be required for longer stays over three months in certain EU countries.
Immigration, visa and entry restrictions may apply both in the EU and elsewhere
for other nationalities, including other EU nationals, and British Citizens who
have conditions on their entry to the UK.
You should contact the relevant embassy, high commission or consulate of the destination
for up-to-date advice on immigration and visa requirements.
Passports
British Citizens require a valid full ten year British passport for travel outside
the British Isles. Certain destinations may require at least six month's validity
remaining on the passport on the date of return.
