Altos de la Bahia is located within walking distance to the blue flag beaches of La Mata, where a walk along the board walk is a must. There are good supermarkets close by and a number of bars and restaurants in all directions within easy walking distance. The coast road offers bus links into Torrevieja for those who do not wish to hire a car. For those who do, just 5 minutes away is the excellent Aquapolis water park, which is well worth a visit and 15 minutes away there is an excellent go-cart track with carts for all ages and abilities. For the more energetic cycles can be hired locally from a reliable English owned company who will deliver and collect from the property, full details can be provided. The area is a great place for hikers and there are a number of golf courses close by.
Transport to and from the airport can be arranged at very competitive prices, should you not wish to hire a car. Cots can be hired locally and arranged in advance of your visit. A welcome grocery pack can also be arranged, great if you’re arriving in the evening.
