Rental Property Description

This apartment is in Costa del Silencio, Tenerife, on the southernmost tip of the island. It is situated between the airport and Los Christianos and it is available for rent. This apartment will sleep up to 6 people.

It is a luxurious 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom apartment. The master bedroom has en-suite facilities with bath, shower, WC and sink, double bed and fitted wardrobes. The second bedroom has two single beds and also fitted wardrobes. Both rooms have doors that lead directly onto the large patio which has a table that seats 6 with parasol for outside dining.

From here a spiral staircase takes you to the private sun terrace above the apartment. This is an amazing sun trap and gives you extra special views of Mount Tiede and the Med, which is only a few hundred metres away.

The kitchen is open plan and has all the usual appliances including a washing machine and microwave.

The living room has a large bed settee which can comfortably sleep 1 adult or 2 children and also has TV (English channels) and DVD facilities. This room also has doors that lead out to the patio area and sun terrace.

The second bathroom has a shower, WC and sink. The apartment is in a secure gated community with a private parking space available for your use if you choose to hire a car. There is also a safe included. There are two pools that are kept immaculate, one for small children and another larger pool. The entire complex is very well maintained and is a private holiday getaway.

All amenities are only a short walk away with many good restaurants and great bars around the corner. This makes the apartment situated in a quiet and peaceful area but you can reach everything you need only minutes away. We have placed a portfolio inside that has all the good restaurants and bars etc in the area.
