We bought our mobile home 4 years ago as a holiday home and now that we are retired have decided to live on the Costa del Sol permanently as we enjoy the way of life so much. We have bought an apartment in nearby Calahonda and that’s why we’re selling our mobile home. The home comes fully equipped and includes furniture and fittings, cutlery, crockery, bedding, towels, etc. etc.
The front door of the house opens onto the living area which consists of a lounge/dining room. In the room are 2 sofas, an extending dining table and four chairs, a rug and a gas-fired heater. One wall is totally fitted out with a unit comprising of bookcases, a crockery cupboard, a drinks cabinet, drawers and glass cabinet. A 26" flat-screen TV is also fitted into the wall unit with a satellite box and home cinema system. Also in this room is an additional cupboard, a computer desk, two coffee tables and a glass table. A gas-fired heater is fitted to one wall and on another is an air-conditioning/heating unit. There is one additional electric radiator.

Leading from the living room is a large kitchen which is fully fitted, including a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, gas hob, electric fan oven, fridge/freezer, extensive cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery and glasses etc. etc. etc.

There are 3 bedrooms, two of which are a large size. The master bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobes, chest-of-drawers, dressing table with mirror and stool, bedside cabinets with lamps, bedside rugs, air-conditioning/heating unit. From this bedroom leads an en-suite bathroom. Here we have a bath with showerhead, bidet, toilet, pedestal basin and vanity unit, mirror and electric radiator.

The ground rent is €740 per month which includes all the campsite’s extensive facilities. The campsite offers a range of payment discounts.
Although we have not taken advantage of this, while not in use, the mobile home can be rented out. Current rates are €500 per week high season and €300 low season.
