Returns/Refund Cancellation Policy
The only selling items on our website are advertising spaces for property owners.
This policy therefore refers only to them and not to property renters who would
need to contact the property owners direct if they have any queries regarding their
bookings or refunds.
As an advertiser on our website you agree that you have read and agree with our
Terms and Conditions and have added your property
listing to our website with a truthful and honest description and relative images
displaying the true likeness of your property. In addition you also agree that you
are duly authorised to advertise the property for rent as your own or as an agent
of the owner (proof required).
Rent a Villa Abroad (RAVA) will allow you to advertise your property or properties
in return for an annual advertising fee which may differ but will be set out at
the time of any order is placed to advertise with us.
Refunds and Cancellations
RAVA will allow all advertisers a 7 day period in which to cancel their advert and
receive a refund of their advertising fee less a £10 + vat administration fee.
This
7 day refund is subject to the advertisers having not received any enquiries about
their property as a result of their advert being placed on our website. If this
is found to be the case then the 7 day refund will not apply and any cancellation
of the advert will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee.
Delivery
Delivery of your advert once paid for will be automatic and you should be able to
find your property live on our website by searching in the location that you placed
your property.
If you have any difficulty in locating your property please do not hesitate to contact
us during office hours and we will assit you in case there has been a problem with
the location or payment.
