Villa Alegria is a spacious well furnished villa, It has been built in several levels.
It is located in a cule-de-sac, so it has the facilities of a development but all the benefits of an independent villa. It is just a stroll to restaurants, tennis courts, communal swimming pools, etc.
Upper floor. Large - parents – sleeping room with king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with bath and a private balcony facing the swimming pool area. Further secluded terrace accessed from the landing.
Ground floor. Two twin bedrooms, one with en suite bathroom and doors leading to the terrace overlooking the pool area. The second bedroom has a separate bathroom with shower. Kitchen with a door leading to the barbecue area. Lounge with fireplace and doors leading to the covered terraces with access to the pool. Spacious living and dining room with French windows to a covered raised terrace with access to the swimming pool which has integral steps and a floodlit surrounding terrace. Partially secluded gardens with shrubs and trees and a small lawn.

Quotation of prices: between the end of April until the end of October the prices listed are, apart from the air-conditioning, all in. This is including cleaning 3 times a week (between Monday and Friday, excluding bank-holidays) and final cleaning. Available in the villa: 6 packages of sheets (renewed once a week when you have a longer stay than 1 week) and 6 packs of towels (renewed twice a week). Beach towels need to be taken from home.
