“Baglio I Faraglioni” è una tipica costruzione siciliana, ubicata a Scopello, a soli 1000 metri dall’antica Tonnara e dai Faraglioni che caratterizzano la località balneare. L’abitazione anche se ristrutturata, ha conservato le caratteristiche del “Baglio”, sede rurale, ove si svolgeva la vita sociale e produttiva di un nucleo di persone, talvolta formato da più famiglie. Il “Baglio ” che risale nella sua costruzione originaria ai primi del 900, oggi è stato trasformato in una elegante residenza con la possibilità di accogliere comodamente dalle 8 alle 10 persone. Il “Baglio” sorge in unarea verde,caratterizzata dalla presenza della tipica macchia mediterranea e da vaste distese di vigneto. La vista mare impreziosisce il contesto, creando unatmosfera unica che riporta gli ospiti indietro nel tempo.
Si accede al suo interno attraverso il tipico portale che conduce alla corta interna del Baglio, su cui si affacciano le porte d’accesso.
L’abitazione è strutturata su due livelli, piano terra e primo piano.Il piano terra è composto da un ampio salone, caratterizzato da un arco, che separa la zona cucina-pranzo, dalla zona conversazione. Due grandi vetrate si affacciano sulla corta interna, caratterizzata dall’antico lastricato, dal pozzo e da una rigogliosa vegetazione.
Gli ambienti, curati nei particolari, sono caratterizzati da mobili antichi che appartengono all’artigianato siciliano. A servizio della zona giorno troviamo un bagno. Una graziosa e caratteristica scala con “maioliche siciliane”, porta al primo piano, ove è sistemata la zona notte, che comprende tre camere da letto matrimoniali, due di esse con balcone.
La quarta camera da letto è doppia. I bagni a servizio della zona notte sono due, con doccia.
Inoltre, vi è una stanza adibita a lavanderia e stireria. Anche la zona notte è arredata con buon gusto e con mobili che richiamano alla mente tempi passati.
Le camere sono luminose e spaziose. Di particolare bellezza sono i soffiti a volte.
L’ubicazione della struttura dà la possibilità di visitare diversi luoghi di interesse naturalistico come “La riserva dello Zingaro” e itinerari di interesse turistico - archeologico, come Segesta, Erice, Trapani, Marsala, Palermo, Agrigento.

"Baglio I Faraglioni" is a typical Sicilian construction, located in Scopello, just 1 km from the ancient and renowned “Tonnara” and “Faraglioni”. Even if the premises were entirely restored, the traditional features of the Baglio are maintened. There in the past, the social and productive life of a group of people, sometimes made up of more families was carried out. The original construction of the "Baglio ", goes back to the beginning of 19th century. Today it has been transformed in an lovely residence that can accommodate up to 20 persons. The "Baglio" is completely integrated with the territory, characterized by the Mediterranean vegetation and the amazing sea view.

Baglio I Faraglioni is made up of two units, each of them can accommodate up to 10 people. You may access it from a typical portal that leads to the inner courtyard, from where you can reach the two different units. Both units are structured on two levels : ground floor and first floor. On the right side of the courtyard there is the first unit, named “Gelso Bianco” (White Mulberry).
The ground floor is composed of a big living room, characterized by a stone arc, that separates it from the kitchen. Two large windows give onto the inner courtyard, characterized by its old pavement, the water well and the beautiful vegetation.

From the gate you can catch a glimpse of the sea.

The rooms are warm and welcoming and furnished in the old Sicilian tradition style. The sleeping area on the first floor is reachable by a characteristic staircase with " Sicilian Maioliche (ceramics)". There you find three double bedrooms with queen size beds, two of them with balcony. The fourth bedroom is a double room with twin beds. There are two bathrooms with shower. Moreover, there is one laundry room.

The other unit, on the left of the courtyard, is structured on 2 levels. The ground floor is composed by a spacious living room with a kitchen corner characterised by an ancient floor made of “Maioliche” and a stone arch that divides the room in 2 separated parts. Near the kitchen there is also a little toilet.
On the first floor we find four bedrooms, three double and one twin and 2 bathrooms with shower.

The facility has two detached entrances. It is possible to rent the entire Baglioor just a unit. In this case the swimming pool and the external spaces will be shared with the other guests.
The guests will have a part of the inner courtyard where they can spend relaxing moments, enjoying some privacy.
