The villa sits at the top of a hill with spectacular views of Vignale, San Lorenzo and Cuccaro. The Monferrato wine region is perfectly located equi-distant between the major cities of Milan, Turin and Genoa. Piemonte is world famous for its magnificent wines and is widely regarded as the food capital of Italy and visitors will engage in gastronomic delights especially in the truffle season - mid to end October. The robust reds of Barolo and Barberesco are widely available , the town of Barolo being some 40 minutes away. The beaches of the Italian Riviera are within an hours drive as are the famous ski resorts in the Italian Alps. Piemonte is the undiscovered Tuscany and the discerning visitor who appreciates stunning scenery, welcoming people and fine wine and cuisine, will return again and again.

The Villa
The house has been restored to the highest of standards by local architects Osella & Oberti who have retained the Piemontese style blended with a modern look for todays discerning visitor. The location is stunning - a key factor in our decision to buy the property - and its tranquility is unrivalled.
The villa is very spacious, built over three floors with two wings and spectacular church size windows in the main master bedroom. There are 6 double bedrooms with 4 en-suite bathrooms- 5 in total. All the bedrooms have ample space and these overlook a large (13m x 8.5 M ) beautifully designed swimming pool.
The Villa has two entrances, one at each side , the east wing comprising 4 double bedrooms and three bathrooms and the west wing a huge master bedroom and bathroom, a recreation area and a double bedroom.
The specification of the interior is of a truly high standard, modern and luxurious with granite worktops in the kitchen, marble staircases at both sides of the house and stylish modern Italian tiled flooring throughout.
