Our vacation home is located in the prestigious Dona Paula area of Goa. Situated at the end of Nagalli hills this modern 4 air conditioned bedroom/4 full bath accommodation offers panoramic views of the nearby ocean and valley.
We are located at Ekam Building in a quiet, safe and peaceful upscale neighborhood. If you are looking for a restful vacation in tranquil surroundings with gorgeous views this is the place for you.
Witness gorgeous sunsets from your private verandah or the unique “moon-rise” as the new moon ascends over the valley and bathes the apartment in moonlight.
Welcome
Our property manager will greet you upon your arrival and assist you with arrangements for sightseeing, transportation and all other aspects of your Goan vacation. For your safety a 24 hour watchman cum caretaker attends the premises.
A two minute drive takes you to a five star deluxe resort where our guests can enjoy all the resort’s recreational facilities (swimming pool, health club, tennis and game courts, barber shop and beauty parlor and renown ayurveda center) and world class restaurants at a 20% discount on the tariff rates. Essentially your vacation with us gives you all the benefits of a five star deluxe resort at a mere fraction of the price!
Accomodation
You will enter through the lobby and be welcomed into the great room featuring a large living/dining area, open kitchen with bar/breakfast counter which extends to the visitors lounge. Relax on the plush sofas and enjoy the soothing view of the palm decked valley below and the distant shimmering ocean. The dining area provides service for 8 and opens into a verandah and sitout which conveys the refreshing ocean breeze.
The brand new appliances comprise a 29” flatscreen tv, large frost free fridge, gas stove, microwave oven, toaster and electric kettle, A hair dryer and steam iron with board are also available. A mini-bar is provided for our guest's enjoyment.
