Deposit & Payment Terms:
A seven-night minimum is always required for all advanced reservations.
The deposit required to confirm your reservation is equal to 50% of the total stay (including taxes) except as may be required for Pearl Villas. All Payments can be made with Bank Wire Transfer.
All deposits and payments are due in EURO currency only. We cannot accept personal checks as payment upon arrival.
Cancellation Policy:
Pearl Villas cancellation and/or early departure policy is as follows without exceptions
A) Your deposit is refundable up to 21 days prior to your scheduled arrival date less 50% of your deposit and bank transfer costs.
B) Within 21 days of the scheduled arrival date, we cannot refund or transfer deposits regardless of the reason for cancellation. The entire deposit is forfeited as the agreed upon late cancellation.
