Manoir de Maffrecourt - Gite Mirabelle

The Manoir de Maffrecourt is set in the heart of Champagne-Ardenne countryside between Chalons en Champagne and the historic town of Verdun. Mirabelle is a large, first floor modern apartment located within the manoir and is completely self-contained with its own private entrance access to Mirabelle is via a small original staircase which is a little steep. Mirabelle provides light, airy, spacious accommodation for up to 5 people and is suitable for everyone from families with young children and babies to couples or groups of friends.

Master bedroom with four poster bed, widescreen TV, satellite TV/DVD with 5.1 surround sound, views of the 5 acre garden. Spacious second bedroom with twin single beds.

Comfortable living and dining area with large dining table and chairs for up to 6 people, 2 seater antique sofa, large 3 seater sofa(bed) coffee table, armoire, flat/widescreen TV, with digital UK/French channels, and media server access to around 300 movies, DVD, telephone.

Large family bathroom with double wash hand basins, toilet and bidet, roll top bath, large separate shower cubical with overhead rain shower.

Compact, fully equipped kitchenette with front loading washing machine, combination microwave/oven/grill, 2 ring electric hob and fridge with freezer compartment. cutlery, china and glassware for 6 people, children’s cutlery, cups and plates, cookware, saucepans, kettle and cafetiere. We also provide, English tea, instant coffee, sugar and a selection of fruit and herbal teas, condiments and olive oil, washing up liquid and washing powder and cleaning products

Guests have use unrestricted access to the 5 acre gardens and Mirabelle has it’s own private patio and for barbeques or just sitting and relaxing.

The Manoir de Maffrecourt also specialise in the full range of Champagnes from Comte Audoin de Dampierre at cave "wholesale" prices with weekly Champagne tasting evenings.
