Our outstanding villa is located in the new gated, mediterranean style resort of Tuscan Hills. Landscaped with mature palms and trees, the ambience is one reminiscent of the quiet Italian countryside. All of this and only 15 minutes away from Walt Disney World and offering easy access to the many attractions Florida has to offer.
Accommodation
This fabulous new 3 bed villa has 2 bathrooms and offers executive style living at an affordable price. WIth wonderful, spacious accommodation on one level and sleeping up to 9 guests plus an infant, in the comfort and style which is sure to exceed your expectations.
The Pool
The villa benefits from a large screened pool with spa. Taking a spa is a great way to unwind at the end of a long day at the theme parks. Being shallow, it also doubles as a paddling pool for your younger children. A lanai area has ceiling fans and outdoor dining furniture, ideal for alfresco eating. To top up that Florida tan, we have comfortable reclining chairs. A security fence is in place around the pool.
Family Room
This large area with its furnishings of mellow gold tones features images of the Tuscan countryside. Combining the rustic charm of Tuscany with the comfort of modern living, this outstanding area creates the ideal place to "chill" at the end of the day.
Dining Room
Continuing with the Tuscan colours and style of decor, the dining area provides formal seating for eight guests. The colourful earthenware pots and rustic table decorations complete this wonderful space.
Kitchen
Modern appliances fill this bright and modern kitchen. We have fridge freezer with ice dispenser, dishwasher, microwave oven, electric oven with hob and coffee maker. The kitchen is also fitted with a breakfast bar.
The washer, dryer, iron and ironing board are located in a separate utility area.
Master Suite
The elegant master suite which has a rich wall of gold, has a magnificent king-sized bed, with sumptuous covers of reds and golds. The bed has overhead drapes in matching colours. This room is light and spacious and has 3 large windows. The en suite bathroom has a walk-in shower and his and hers wash basins.
Country Room
The bed in this room is queen-sized with patchwork covers, typical of a bygone era. Shades of dusty pink and lilac complement the green shabby chic furniture. Country flowers, lilac trees and floral garlands complete the charming "American Country" decor. This is a spacious and unique room offering both comfort and style.
Mickey Mouse Room
The Mickey Mouse children's room has bunk beds plus a twin bed. With fabulous wall murals, featuring Mickey, Minnie, Pluto, Goofy and Donald.
The Mickey Mouse accessories in the room include television, clock, curtains and lamps. For your kid's entertainment, we have provided a Playstation2 (with games) and a box of toys. Your children will look forward to spending time, in this, their special place.
British Soccer Games Room
Children and adults alike will enjoy spending time in this games room. Equipped with large pool table and foozeball game, this incredible space will provide entertainment for all the family. Emblems of British soccer teams decorate the wall.
Exterior
The villa is situated at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, in this wonderful new location. The resort has been landscaped to include mature palms and plants. A palm garden to the entrance of this gated community, provides a tranquil space for those special quiet moments.
Tuscan Hills Amenities
The amenities of the resort are just a short walk from the villa and include a luxury club house, gymnasium complete with fitness apparatus, children's play area, plus tennis and volleyball courts. Guests can enjoy the "Palm Garden", a feature not to be found in any other Florida Vacation Community.

Each room has a television with multiple cable channels.
Our villa is absolutely child friendly and equipped with cot/crib, high chair, baby monitor and pushchair/stroller. We also have in each children's room, a selection of toys. The pool has a safety fence in place for your peace of mind.
Pets are not allowed and smoking is permitted only outside in the pool area.
We provide linen, towels and hairdryers.
Local telephone calls are free as is access to wireless internet, just bring along your laptop computer.
We have provided a selection of DVD films, a small selection of books and a quantity of games.
While staying at our villa, should you have any queries, our local management company is only a free telephone call away.

Should you be travelling with a larger party of friends or family, perhaps for a wedding or family reunion, we are able to offer 3 rental villas accommodating a total of 32 guests. The villas, all located in Tuscan Hills, are next door to each other. All absolutely new and offering executive style accommodation.
