The Pool
Externally we have extended decking area, a large screened pool with spa and a fabulous upgraded water feature, all benefitting from spectacular views over 'Turtle Lake', which is set in picturesque woodland. The pool and spa have underwater multicolour fibre optic lighting. Equipment includes luxury stye pool furniture, sun loungers and a barbeque.
Family Room
The family room is the focal point of the villa. With large comfortable sofas, entertainment centre, featuring 34" screen tv with cable channels and DVD player. This is the perfect room for relaxing after a hard day at the theme parks.
Sitting Room
The sitting room offers an alternative space in which to unwind. Sink into the plush gold upholstery of the sumptuous sofas, read a novel from the small library of books provided, or plan your next days itinerary.
Dining Room
Whether you are entertaining in your holiday 'home from home', or enjoying a relaxed meal 'in', the formal dining area provides you with a touch of luxury not often associated with villa living.
Kitchen
The bright and spacious kitchen is equipped with large fridge freezer with ice maker, oven and hob, microwave oven, dishwasher, as well as every small appliance you may require. There is also a central island which has breakfast bar and stools. The kitchen features an informal dining table with views over the pool area. A separate utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board is located just off this room.
Master Suite
The enormous master bedroom is tastefully decorated in a 'Tropical Island' style. The outstanding feature of this room is 'SIMBA' an eight foot leopard. He has been crafted from wood and finished in the finest leather hide. With king-sized bed, large TV with DVD and VCR, again with 50 plus channels, telephone and ceiling fans, this is an absolutely outstanding room, benefiting from 3 large windows.
The en-suite bathroom has his and hers washbasins, large walk-in shower, and extra large bath tub. The 'Winnie the Pooh' nursery is incorporated into this suite of rooms.
Nursery
For the infant in your family we have created the adorable 'Winnie the Pooh' nursery. With colourful wall murals of Winnie, Tigger, Piglet and their freinds, your child can sleep peacefully, away from the activity of the house. A monitor allows you to listen from any room, or even from the pool area. For infants and toddlers, we also provide a high chair, and stroller/pushchair.
Art Deco Room
The style of the 'Art Decor' room is reminiscent of days gone by, with cool colours of slate grey, white and midnight blue. This lovely room will surely be one to compete for. The wonderful room has a queen-sized bed, with a mirrored wall, thus creating the illusion of extra space and reflecting the light from the 3 large windows. Like all the bedrooms this room has a TV and a large closet.
Country Room
In complete contrast this delightful room is decorated in an attractive 'country' style. With an abundance of spring flowers, bright yellow walls, pale green furniture and a patchwork quilt, it has a real colonial feel. With 3 large windows, this bright and cheerful room has queen-sized bed, TV and large closet.
Disney Themed Room
Fabulous wall murals of Mickey and Minnie Mouse and their friends decorate this amazing childrens themed room. Appealing to both boys and girls, the room has twin beds as well as Mickey Mouse TV and DVD player. Your children will adore this room and will surely be amazed by the Disney character toys, clocks and lamps.
Princess Room
This enormous room is a little girls paradise. The Disney Princess wall murals and decor will surely make bedtime a treat. Featuring twin beds draped in pink 'turret' style fabrics, a large castle wall mural and a delightful princess TV and DVD player. The room also benefits from three large windows, creating a light and cheery atmosphere.
Games Room
The walls have been decorated with emblems of the American National Football League. For your enjoyment the games room is equipped with full sized pool table, foozball/football game and 'roll-a-score' ball game with electronic scoring system. Watch the TV or enjoy playing on the Playstation 2 from one of 2 genuine state of the art 'AK American Rocker' chairs. A section for younger children includes toddler size table and chairs and a toy box complete with toys. The room also features a bar with bars stools. For your comfort a ceiling fan helps to keep the room cool.
Exterior
The exterior has been landscaped with beautiful palm and native plants. However these will not obscure your views of the spectacular Florida sunsets or of the picuresque 'Turtle Lake' and surrounding woodlands.

A large communal swimming pool and a delightful childrens play area including climbing frame are only a few minutes walk from the villa.
More Information
The villa is fully air conditioned and is equipped with hairdryers, linen and towels. Local telephone calls are free. We do not allow pets and smoking is restrictred to the pool area only. All seven TVs feature 50 plus cable channels. We have provided a selection of DVD films, board games and Playstation games, as well as a number of fiction and non-fiction books. While staying at our villa, should you have any queries, our local management company is only a telephone call away.
We also provide free high speed internet connection.
